Holly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Supervisor with Private Independent Practice credential in the state of Alabama (LICSW-S, PIP). She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Alabama and her Master of Social Work from Boston College. Holly brings extensive experience providing compassionate mental health care across outpatient counseling, crisis intervention, and higher education settings. Most recently, she worked with college students through the University of North Alabama’s Student Counseling Services and provided acute psychiatric assessment and intervention in the Mental Health Crisis Unit at Shoals Hospital.
Holly is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, evidence-based care, and a collaborative therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her treatment interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, domestic violence, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, and crisis stabilization. She also has experience supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship stress, emotional dysregulation, and periods of overwhelming distress.
As a clinical supervisor, Holly is committed to fostering growth not only in her clients but also in fellow mental health professionals through mentorship and clinical guidance. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to promote healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness.
Debbie and Jessi’s focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, PTSD, dementia/Alzheimer’s, substance abuse and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment, medication management and brief psychotherapeutic intervention for adult clients ages 5-year-old and beyond. They believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration and evidenced-based practice. Their goal for their clients is to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.A client can expect their initial visit to include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, determination of treatment goals and education about diagnosis and available treatment options. Both providers have had the pleasure of working alongside many skilled and experienced clinicians and are happy to collaborate and coordinate care with them when appropriate to the clients’ needs.
