Evolve Behavioral Health is a locally owned behavioral health practice in Florence, Alabama, proudly serving individuals and families throughout the Shoals and surrounding communities. Founded by Jessi Tidwell, DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, and Debbie Tyson, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, our practice is led by board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults.

As Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, our providers are advanced practice nurses with specialized graduate education and national board certification in psychiatric and mental health care. We are licensed to evaluate, diagnose, prescribe medications, and treat a wide range of behavioral health conditions. Our focus is on building meaningful relationships with our patients while providing individualized care that supports long-term emotional wellness.

We regularly care for patients experiencing attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, insomnia, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. We also have experience caring for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
